Refund Policy

In short: you have 14 days to ask for your money back, for any reason. We refund the full price, no questions asked.

Every course and practice pack sold on this website comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount you paid. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove that you did not use the material.

Send an email to info@dutchlessonsonline.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number. That is all we need.

We aim to reply within two working days. Once the refund is approved, the money is returned through the same payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5 to 10 working days to show it on your statement, which is outside our control.

Our courses and practice packs are digital files that you download. After a refund, your licence to use the material ends and you are asked to delete the files you downloaded. You may not keep, copy, share or resell them.

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed to it at checkout.

Our guarantee is deliberately more generous: we give you the full 14 days regardless of whether you have downloaded or used the material. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Dutch or EU consumer law.

If a file will not download or open, contact us first. In almost every case we can fix it straight away, and a working file is usually what you actually want. This does not affect your right to a refund.
